TRAINING SCHEDULE

We, at Southern Painting, believe that it is critical for your first year to be built on the right footing. Our intent is to prepare you to be a successful Manager/Sales Professional. With the Southern Painting System AND your due diligence in the first year, you will find yourself on your way to a life many people only dream about. Below is an outline of steps one, two and three.

Step One - (The Beginning Investment In Yourself)

We call this “13 Days of Glory”. It is the starting place of building your new career. (Navy Seals would compare this to Hell Week.) A brief description of this step is a non-stop, action-packed 13 straight days, from 7:00 a.m. to 9:00 p.m. Yes, this sounds tough and IT IS! But in reality, it is the cornerstone of your foundational training for step two.

Step Two - (Basic Training / Boot Camp)

Your commitment during this step should be approximately 75 to 80 hours per week for the first 90 days. This time is targeted to teach you to build a foundation of excellence, discipline, systems and most importantly, a profitable business that will stand the test of time.

Step Three - (First Year)

After completing steps one and two, you will be on your way to a solid foundation necessary to build your territory. During this first year, your commitment should be approximately 65 to 70 hours per week to really learn the how-tos in the building a superior territory. Step three in reality is your apprentice year in the how-tos, systems, practical experience and raising your skills.  The bottom line – step three is engineered to bring out the best in you.
